WALBC born from an idea (march 2011) that could become reality. Emilio (EA-ECO Srl) thinks that the future of photovoltaics will be in the Mediterranean Area, and supposes that it is a good deal assembling photovoltaic panels in the south Italy. Emilio exposes his idea at Borries (DEPOLYTEC GmbH) and for he this is entusiastic. Borries speaks to Alexander (PARITY SOLAR GmbH), and Alexander did not think twice and decide for a "YES". The same Alexander prepared the basic presentation and Emilio has been invited to put additional data. The presentation is the following.

Lo stesso Alessandro ha preparato la presentazione di base ed Emilio è stato invitato a inserire dati aggiuntivi. La presentazione è la seguente.
Today, we have to face the new scenarios designed by the new italian laws. However, we hope to realize our project. The only final decision will be the place; maybe, strategically speaking, it will be in Lecce, or near Cosenza, or maybe go back to the first site chosen by Emilio two years ago - which was Syracuse (where born and lived the great Archimedes, that burned the Carthaginian ships by use of burning mirrors "212 b.C."). Today, we have the intention to produce photovoltaic panels.
If we should change the site of the factory, no problem. In this case, Emilio takes care, by introducing new local partners and new sites. For correctness, to the today partners, as Enzo & Enzo (B&C) and Mimmo (CL Costruzioni Generali), will reserve the rights to be shareholders in the NewCom.
